Order Status

Has my order shipped?


All orders are processed and shipped within 72 hours of order placement. If you place an order on Friday, it will be processed on Monday.




How do I track my order?


Upon shipment of your order you will recieve an email with tracking information. Please allow 72 hours or (3) business day for order processing.




My order never arrived.


If your order status is "delivered" and you have not recieved your package, please email support@deadbirdduckcalls.com




An item is missing from my shipment.


If you believe an item is missing from your shipment please check to make sure your order status is "delivered". If the shipping carrier has confirmired that the pachage has been delivered and you did not recieve everything in your order, please email support@deadbirdduckcalls.com.




My product is missing parts.


Please check to see that all of your items have been shipped and the status is showing "delivered". If you still believe you are missing a part of your shipment, please email support@deadbirdduckcalls.com




When will my backorder arrive?


Backordered items are those which our suppliers are unable to predict when they will have more in stock. Once they re-stock, we will ship them to you as soon as possible.




I placed an order on Friday. When will it be shipped?


Orders placed on Friday will be processed on Monday.
