Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within three (3) business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders (beginning of duck season and Christmas especially), shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery caused by the parcel carriers volume. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Shipment method Estimated delivery time:
USPS Priority 3-5 business days.
USPS International 10-15 business days.
Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses
ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
Shipment to Alaska or Hawaii
ships to Alaska and Hawaii for an additional flat fee of $10.00. Please allow 1 to 3 additional days to deliver.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation via email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours of receiving the email. The delay is usually from the parcel carrier updating the shipment status once it is picked from our facility.
Custom or Special Orders
All products receiving any customization services, such as engraving, will cause additional production and ship times. Please refer to the custom call page for additional/specific information.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
Dead Bird Duck Calls is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Dead Bird Duck Calls is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. It is extremely important that you take pictures of how the package was received and save ALL packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
International Shipping Policy
A $20.00 FLAT FEE FOR ANY ORDERS outside the U.S.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR RETURNING AND EXCHANGING MERCHANDISE
If your merchandise was damaged in shipment or there is a discrepancy in the number of packages received please call our returns department immediately at (931)-607-3202 Monday-Friday between the hours of 9 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. CT, or email them at .
Please make sure to have your order number ready when calling or emailing regarding your return.
1. Complete the return form and indicate the reason for the return and any reorder or refund or reorder instructions.
2. Enclose the completed return form with your merchandise.
3. Ship the package with return address clearly marked as specified below. Please use the same or smaller box if you can. You should ship the package using Fedex, UPS or USPS insured with delivery confirmation. Dead Bird will not be responsible for lost or damaged packages by delivery services. Record your tracking number and order number and keep until your refund or exchange has been received. This also helps if you need to make an inquiry on your return.

EASY 30-DAY RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
If you are not completely satisfied with your Dead Bird Duck Call purchase for any reason, please return your merchandise within 30 days for a full refund or exchange. For the fastest service, returns should be accompanied by the purchase invoice. All returns are subject to a physical inspection and all merchandise must be returned in new, unused, resale condition within 30 days. We must have the product back and inspected before a credit can be issued. We will apply your refund, less shipping and handling, to the original form of payment.
Dead Bird, LLC will NOT refund shipping charges or pay for items to be returned.
NO returns on closeout or custom engraved duck call or other products.
Please be sure to ship the package with a carrier that can provide tracking and insurance.
ALL ITEMS ARE SUBJECT TO EVALUATION. If merchandise is not found to be defective the consumer will be subject to any shipping charges that may apply. Refunded value for any item(s) returned will be reduced to reflect the value of any free gift or discount applied to order. If you would prefer an exchange we will send it promptly. Defective items are backed 100% and can be returned for exchange only. Refunds or exchanges on any defective merchandise will be given at the evaluation of Dead Bird, LLC staff. All returns must be sent ground service only. Sorry, no C.O.D.'s will be accepted.
